The organic advantage

Jardin BiO has prepared this low-fat purée made with polenta, pumpkin, carrots, onions and a trickle of olive oil. Polenta is a traditional Italian ingredient made entirely from cornmeal. This purée is gluten-free and lactose-free. Bon appétit!

In the microwave: knead the pouch to distribute the purée evenly. Open the top of the pouch and heat for 1 to 2 minutes in a 750W microwave. Remove the pouch by the corners to avoid burning yourself. Pour out the purée onto a plate.

On the hob: Heat the contents of the pouch for 3 to 5 minutes on a low heat.
