Jardin BiO étic brings you an original and delicious quinoa-based recipe cooked with tomato and Parmesan in a risotto style. Heat up in the microwave or in a pan for a quick and tasty meal. Bon appétit!

In the microwave: knead the pouch. Open the top of the pouch and heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

On the hob: heat the contents of the pouch for 3 to 5 minutes on a low heat.
