Lemon thyme comes from when broad-leaved thyme (Thymus pulegioides) was originally crossed with garden thyme (Thymus vulgaris). Its naturally lemony flavour lends a pleasant touch of freshness. This lemon thyme is the fruit of partnerships between Jardin BiO étic and Portuguese producers, providing them with a trading opportunity and benefits like long-term contracts.
Leave to steep for 10 min in boiled water. To benefit fully from this herbal tea’s effects, drink 3 to 4 cups a day, preferably without sugar.
